This steady cadence allows us to adjust your treatment plan as your body changes, rather than starting over with each flare. Unlimited infrared sauna sessions are included, giving you a warm, quiet place to release muscle tightness, support circulation, and encourage gentle detox after stressful weeks. You will also receive one cellular reset session monthly to support recovery at a deeper, energetic and cellular level-especially helpful for fatigue, brain fog, or slow post-illness recovery.

Members receive $15 off salt room sessions, so you can add respiratory and immune care during allergy seasons or when you feel run-down. You will also enjoy 15% off aesthetic services and retail wellness products, making it easier to maintain your skin, lashes, and home-care rituals in alignment with your internal health.
