For the safety and well-being of our clients, we do not perform piercings on children under 5 years of age. We also reserve the right to decline service if a child is unable to understand the procedure, is unable to remain still, or if our piercer determines that it is not safe to proceed. The safety of our clients will always be our highest priority. Please note: If we are unable to perform the piercing at the scheduled appointment due to safety concerns, lack of cooperation, or any circumstance that prevents the procedure from being completed safely, the $20 appointment fee is non-refundable. This fee reserves your appointment time and covers the consultation, evaluation, and preparation for your visit, regardless of whether the piercing is ultimately performed. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us provide a safe and positive experience for every client.

Before you leave, we review detailed aftercare instructions and realistic healing timelines. You will know exactly how to clean the area, what to avoid, and when to reach out with questions. This helps reduce the risk of infection or scarring and supports a clean, well-healed piercing you can enjoy for years.
