For the safety and well-being of our clients, we do not perform piercings on children under 5 years of age. We also reserve the right to decline service if a child is unable to understand the procedure, is unable to remain still, or if our piercer determines that it is not safe to proceed. The safety of our clients will always be our highest priority. Please note: If we are unable to perform the piercing at the scheduled appointment due to safety concerns, lack of cooperation, or any circumstance that prevents the procedure from being completed safely, the $20 appointment fee is non-refundable. This fee reserves your appointment time and covers the consultation, evaluation, and preparation for your visit, regardless of whether the piercing is ultimately performed. You will leave with high-quality starter jewelry designed to be gentle on sensitive skin and appropriate for the early healing phase. We provide clear, written aftercare instructions, including how often to clean the piercing, which products to use, and what signs of irritation to watch for.
